New Live Classes Are Coming to Expert Classroom

The lineup is growing, and the new titles are going to turn heads. More classes means more rooms of real estate agents in front of you, and more referral relationships you walk away with. Wait until you see what is coming.

New this summer, filed with TREC

Three brand-new classes are filed with TREC right now, with approval expected this summer.

  • NAR Settlement: Completing the New Buyer Representation Agreement Contracts
The buyer representation agreement is a contract now, and agents need someone to walk them through it field by field. That someone is you. (See the NAR settlement background.)
  • Real Estate Fraud: Public Case Stories and Contract Safeguards Contracts
Real fraud pulled from the public record, and the contract habits that stop it before a signature.
  • Ethical Use of AI Tools: Fair Housing, Disclosure, and Accuracy Duties Elective
Agents use AI every day. This class shows them how to use it without tripping over Fair Housing, disclosure, or accuracy rules.

Filed with TREC, approval expected this summer. We confirm each class as it clears.

The in-person favorites are back

The classes built for a live audience are returning to the room:

  • Casper, the Not-So-Friendly Ghost: navigating property histories
  • Legacy Estates: the hazards of insuring heirlooms
  • Pitbulls, Pools, Loose Lips, and a Bag o’ Cash: real estate risks revealed
  • Rex’s Rules: paws, claws, and legal flaws in real estate
  • Warranty-Wise versus home insurance: the difference revealed

More classes in the pipeline

Here is what is in the works. Tap any card to flip it. These are working titles in development, added to the catalog as they are built and filed.

We do not just hand you classes. We hand you a room.

Here is what makes Expert Classroom different. We are partnering with a title company to put our instructors in front of Realtor communities across Texas. You teach a live, one-hour class. The agents attend free. Their hours post before they leave the room. And you walk out with a room full of new relationships.

We are opening cities this summer. Loan officers and insurance agents both have a seat at the front of that room.
